That light looks fine for a tent that is 4x8 - but it really depends on how many plants ur looking to grow. Try to stick with 75w - 125w per plant and you will be fine. So.... 3 plants GREAT .....4 plants GOOD....5 plants OK
Also some cheap CFL lights for side lighting might help alot (6500k veg / 2700k bloom)
