Mephisto Genetics Anyone top a Forgotten Cookies?

I wanted to top my Forgotten Cookies but when I heard to go light on feed, and she is light sensitive I'm not sure now. Has anyone done this? Or any info on her... I will be using lst as always, normally I would supercrop but if she is sensitive I dont want to upset her.

I am starting a Forgotten Cookies right now. From the pictures I see, I think topping at the 5th node looks like she would shape up nice and evenly. I have not done this strain, but if she is healthy when you want to try and top her, I would do it. I know someone who has 2 going and they look pretty similar, one has a larger stretch. She seems to grow pretty quickly, so I would not hesitate to try topping. Good luck peacez slowandeasy

Mine is on day 60 and she is definitely light and feed sensitive. I did lst and its still making bud but has a phos defc.

I grew one out, yeah def. sensitive, don't know if it was a combo of my lights and nutes but something got her. She was beautiful to a point then boom, thought I had a P def, noob that I still am really showed. Gave her and others a little extra BE, well, wrong idea. She scorched in less than a week, big ass cola kept swelling and she made it through, hella nice yield of buds with scorch all the way to sugar leaves.

I grew four in DWC and they ran huge. Biggest issue for me was that the plant had a lot of trouble holding herself up at the end. I kept them around 24-30” tops but they were just sloppy bitches. Could have been that they had support from wall early in then moved them and they were on their own, or maybe I needed some more silicon. Journal is in new growers and probably doesn’t have a ton of info but it was a really good run. Dense nugs and rave reviews. Hoping they become available again. I don’t journal nutrient usage as I read my plants but do remember I was feeding less than regular and running low wattage in the lights compared to size.

That's no good, be careful phosphorus and calmag deficiency can look identical. BigSm0 informed me of an article about it. I thought it was calmag and after reading wasnt sure. It can be hard to tell sometimes so if you cant get it fixed check for calmag.

Have you made any extracts from her? I make most of mine into rosin these days.

Yeah, dwc tend to run huge kinda like coco does. Hard to judge just cause total different grow style but I'll check it out little later bud. Did you try any supercropping? That will beef up your limbs some.

No super cropping, they made it over the finish line but weren’t pretty. Looking forward to watching a few more grows to get tips for next time. I will run it again when I can get it, very frosty.
