Your probably gonna think im crazy when you hear this but im in a apartment complex, although all my neighbors are either cool or partake in the magical plant as well i just want secrecy for the easement of my mind so that rules outside unluckily but payday is friday and i am considering buying a tent n light, i found a 2x4x5 tent , i have a 4in fan w/ carbon filter that moves 190cfm w/o filter, i also want to get a fan controller to control the noise level on this bad boy its louder than my dang bathroom fan lol, do you think that this would be ok. and finally on to the light I was going to invest in some nice ole leds but um there kinda pricey and im sure that these would pay themselves off but i was lookin at a 400w that can go down to 50 and 75 % if needed it is an hps/mh my question is 400w to much of a noticable power draw or is that the same as running like a gaming computer for instance or washer n dryer for 20 hours a day lol? and if so have yall heard of ballast that can cut power consumption down such as this?

Your electric company will list what you pay per kilowatt hour. All you have to do is take the amount of power you will use, divide that by 1000. Then multiply the number you get by whtever the going rate is. The number you get will tell how how much it costs to run per hour.

its not nearly as expensive as you would be lead to believe, although the power company charges alot more in the summer
