I don't no excactly what type of larve they are but you need to get some organic pestiside and drench you soil before they ruin your plant.

What do you suggest?

Tanlin kills them. in the meantime replace your top inch of soil and water less often. The top looks really damp in the picture. Get your air movement around your space better too.

Its Plant Magic Supreme soil with added extras eg castings, frass. Thinking maybe be some kind of larvae s now noticed alot of gnats flying about. I have brought tanlin so going use that when it arrives also let pots dry out.

... yeah, looking closer, these could be fungus gnat larvae,.. usually more maggot-like, but different species, different looking larvae,.... you can try using a product made for mosquito's actually, which has a bacteria called BTi,... when ingested, it kills the larvae (adults are little more than flying gonads, harmless directly)... Summit brand Mosquito Bits is a good choice, readily available at garden centers usually,... that will work longer term, but for right now, something more immediate like that Tanlin.... or a drench with spinosad, usually found as a concentrate, but there are RTU sprays which might be OK for drenching,..
