New Grower auto and photo?

I have a lowryder auto at week 5 and a power skunk photo In my grow room the lights are on 20/4 the power skunk is ready to flower will it hurt my auto to turn the lights to 12/12?

The auto might lose a little bud weight but it shouldn't be that much.
