I'm growing the same Greenhouse JH autos right now. I've also done the original Sensi Jack, and the deformed seedling leaves are common in my experience. This one is 12 days old about to go outside in a shrubbery bed with her big sister you see in the in the other pic, no 57 days and in full flower. Throughout the veg process my Jacks have always produced some oddly formed leaves but once they kick into flowering every thing is fine.
For what it's worth I always start my seeds in straight up
OF with a little added pearlite and NEVER feed them until they are moved from the germinating container. OF may not be pre fertilized but it's a rich soil and will feed your seedlings just fine. It's important to use a deep container for germinating seedlings as marijuana loves to put out a long tap root, usually two or three times as long as the seedling. 32oz 10inch tall plastic cups with the bottoms drilled work well.
