Possible overwatering, need help to fix it

got it, next time i will give her less water. hopefully this time i don't mess her up again :yoinks:

anyways, i reckon she handled the bending pretty well... the only thing is this big leaf on the right which is covering the young leaves underneath it. do i leave it there or do i just cut it?

when there will be bigger branches, should i bend her again for a wider growth?

also, i don't know if she is still considered sick but i would like to keep you guys updated if appreciated. should i create a new thread in a different category or can stay here?

again i would like to thank you guys for the help. without you she would have probably died
:cheersmate:

Looking good! Just remember now the leaves have reached the edge of the pot so she can handle a bit more water, usually when the leaves reach the edge of a pot that usually means roots have made to the bottom or very close to it. Now its just a game of keeping the moisture level right. The half saturated weight rule is a good one to follow, once your pot has reached half its saturated weight you can water again. Try to avoid too much runoff and use a surfactant to break water tension and let it flow to every nook and cranny in the pots. Im in 5 gallon bags and during early veg I usually water about a half gallon to 3/4s every 3-6 days. Your bags are smaller so they will dry out a bit faster. And when your plants get full size you could very well be watering multiple times per day. Thats the drawback to smaller bags/pots.

Its looking really good mate! For the big leaf, just tuck it down. If it breaks, dont mind. I just try to take away as little foliage as possible in veg, so I try to tuck the leaves as long as i can.

For further bending, wait a bit more until she starts stretching and going into flowering stage. If everything looks healthy and you need something to do, do it. If its your first grow I would let her grow out like that to get a feeling for everything and secure some harvest.

Regarding defoliation: Why? What problem/need would this address? This young, the less the plants are messed with the better. I'd only remove sickly looking leaves, such as the very bottom one now shriveling up (which is normal).

But our plants are rugged weeds and can tolerate a fair amount of defoliation. Some report good results doing radical defoliation as young as your plant is, but these generally are very experienced growers.
