Indoor Auto Purple by Original Sensible

OK, so this baby is 2 weeks old today. It seems her second set of 3 fingered leaves came up a little deformed which worried me a little however, the newer set of leaves that are coming through seem to be somewhat more "normal" looking but should know in the next couple of days.

She's now been transferred from CFL'S to 400w HPS at about 40cm from the bulb. I am also going to start her on some half strength nutes today!

Any advice or comments welcome! Thanks guys [emoji38]

Hey bro :D , just lift that 400 right up mate 40cm is to low ,thehps i use 400 and 600 (not at once) and keep them lifted right up 3-4ft at least. to low can cause slow growth because the plant dosent have to work to get into the right zone its already there why would it want to move? so its best to lift that nice and high at first i lift mine to the roof (2mtrs) so allow for some stretch or there wont be any it ,could be the reason your blowing chlorophyll out of the leaves as well not sure but shes having issues there with magnesium it looks to me anyway.

the twisted new growth could be calcium -you might have the start of a cal-mag def ,but its hard to tell because she could just be locked out due to Ph issues.
@Waira is a soil king ,perhaps he can help ;)

@IndicalVoz Thanks for your advice. What I've done is taken the shelf out and put them on the bottom of the wardrobe. The light is now a good 4 feet away from them so they can now stretch.

I am going to introduce half strength cal/mag and grow nutes today. [emoji106]

Her leaves are very green. No actual signs of a def. I think it's just the lighting where I have colour corrected it due to the HPS light...

The only thing she has had is root stim in her water that I PH'd to 6.5 - She's not had any other nutrients yet. I have watered her 3 times in 2 weeks so I doubt it's due to over-watering...

it could even be just the light in the pictures as you say she looks to be healthy ;) but yeah lifting the light should help a great deal.
