Typically I smoke dab vape or use tincture for thc flower. New to heavy CBD. So I'm keeping my options open

So far the best thing for my anxiety has been northern lights.
Best thing for my inflammations was a CBD wax I had gotten from my mom from a shop in colorado called charolettes web.
