Looking like ph in your feed and mold on your plug. watch the ph and adjust accordingly. For the mold, make sure you have a fan blowing across the plants for better air circulation.

too much or not enough feed?? and thanks for the reply use the aero garden to germinate and go 2 weeks before the soil..never had this issue bfore

.... symptoms are spot on for a sudden pH shift, which in turn, can cause some nutrients to lock out,... get a pH reading, mate!
