Nutrients Autoflower 2nd grow

Hello AFN I’m on my 2nd grow on germination/seedlin stage the strains I’m growing are zkittles og , glue gelato from barbers farm and sour orange auto plain water till week 2-3 weeks then will start veg nutrients my question is I have Dr repair and silica from the CYCO range of nutrients just wondering if I can use these and what strength and how to water with feeds or water with them separate from feeds ? Also thinking of using a foliage spray will this help my ladies will post pictures later growing in biobizz lightmix under mars hydro led thanks all
