Hello,

Autoflower - Autoextreme Dutch passion

PICTURES HERE: http://share.pho.to/5kZMz

Week 8.5

Problem: Leafs turing yellow/brown then completly brown and falling off. Can anyone tell me what the problem is?
Is it normal for some leafs to die during flowering?

Feed:
0.5 ml Biobloom/Topmax on each 1.5 L (Feed around 4.5L each 5-6 days) molasses 1 tbsl per galon

What type of medium; soil or hydro? Soil
What brand and type of soil? No brand since in the country im in there is just normal organic soil none of the mircale grows etc you guys have.
Indoors or outdoors? indoor
What strain? Autoflower Autoextreme
How old are the plants? 7 weeks old
What type of lights and how many watts? 2x125 W 6300K 3x105W 2700K CFL
How far from the lights? Close as seen in pics
What is your watering frequency and source of water? Every 5-7 days 20% of 15L pot
What, how much and when was it fed? NPK? Feed Biogrow 3-0-8 Biobloom 1-2-2 and Topmax 0.2-0.-0.1, Molasses 1tbp per galon
What is the medium/runoff pH and PPM if in hydro? didnt check fed ph water between 6-7
What are the temps and humidity in the room? 70-75F
What size pots? 10L
Any bugs? Look real close. There were killed whiteflies with traps and neem oil
Any other pertinent info? I only feed biogrow because plant didnt stretch and is very underdeveloped. I have a 2nd plant 15L is doing extremely well

Looks like Potassium deficiency Cyklos. I am not all that experienced with Biobizz nutrients but looking at their website I think you should be feeding quite a bit more by now. Somewhere in the range of 3-4 ml/liter Biobloom. I notice you said you are only feeding biogrow. With it in flowering now, you are going to have to get some P & K in there. Once the plant is through it's vegetative stage it is looking for those. Continuing to only feed the grow is going to give you more problems.

So i should feed more biobloom ... problem is i just watered if I feed again now I risk overwatering?
Please let me know what to do.

let em dry first.get ur pots up off the ground with a bunch of air blowin all around and they'll dry fast, thats what I do anyways.

Yeah, overwatering isn't as big a deal with mature plants as it is young ones. Let me say, you don't want to water 15 liters every day but once or twice is no big deal. That being said, it is really your call. If it were me, I would probably go ahead and feed again but not a full watering. You said you have been doing 20% of 15 liters, so 3 liters at a time. I would probably mix 1 liter with about 5ml of biobloom and try and disperse it throughout the entire soil. Maybe that makes sense? Like water real slowly all around the soil to try and get the nutrients throughout the entire pot.

If you want to wait, I don't think that is a big deal either. Regardless of what you choose, you need to up your dosage of P & K.

Now, keep in mind, those leaves aren't going to get better! The damage is done. What you are looking for is it not to continue spreading up the plant. If you aren't sure, pinch off the damaged leaves so you don't confuse old damage with new damage. That way you can tell if you are making progress or it is getting worse.

I took your advice and did what u said hopefully now it will recover. So just cut off the damaged leafs? including the yellow ones?

Thanks a lot for your help

Ah no problem man, that is what we are here for. To help each other out. You don't have to cut off the damaged leaves, it is entirely up to you. They won't hurt anything but when I run into problems like that and am trying to correct them I trim the damaged leaves off because it makes it easier to tell if it is still spreading. You know, we look at those plants every day but sometimes you can't remember, "was that leaf already damaged, or is it new damage?"

I just did a search and can't find a thread for your grow. I was going to sub up and follow along so I could make sure it is getting better. So, maybe consider starting a thread in the new growers section and updating every week or so. It makes it easier for people to help you before you run in to problems. It also makes it easier to keep up with what you have done if you have problems. Just a thought.

Shoot me a pm and let me know how she responds regardless, I like to know if I was right. It makes a difference the next time I offer suggestions with the same scenario.
