Grow Mediums Autopot questions

Yes maybe a valve to each pot, but Would shutting off the res valve aint do the same thing?

My advice is not to overthink your first grow with autopots and biotabs. Get the bio tab starter kit and follow the instructions and you will have a decent grow as long as your lights, temps, and humidity are in range. The only thing I did outside of the base instructions was to add calmag to the res once a week and one plant filled my 2x3 tent and I got 5oz dried, not bad for my second grow. It was super easy too as I travel and and didn’t have to worry about watering, mixing nutes, or dicking with ph.

Do you guys use the silicumflash also ? From biotabs ?

The manual dont say anything about it, but they sell it.

Yes offcourse. I Will Think a little.

Im going for alot of pots and 2 tents, so could try each one out. And compare. But i like how easy it sounds with plain water....

I dont understand Why they Said Coco and pebbles with canna aqua serie... thought Coco required some special nutes, therefor they have the Coco serie nutes from cana...
I never Tried Coco, so have No idea about it all...

Thinking ill try set the half up with biotabs, and different medium’s, soil, cocopeats, fertilized soil, and the soil and bark... just to see...

Maybe ill set the other half up with soil and bottled nutes.
There are several autopot grows here with BioTabs and other nutrients and growing mediums. Check out some of them and you will learn a lot. Try keeping it simple and don’t overthink it for your first autopot grow and you won’t be unhappy.

Soil is a little easier than coco because coco can become a calmag hog and less worries about pH. I use 66/34 soil/perlite and no hydroton in the bottom with Greenleaf nutrients MegaCrop and am quite happy. I have used BioTabs and was quite happy with the results, it’s just very difficult to get on this side of the pond.
