Average Healing Time?

Well I messed up trying to do some LST'ing on a Super Auto Hash by pyramid seeds which won't work on this plant for me anyways Ii's stems are way stiffer then I am used too.. Main stem snapped in half only a couple fibrous veins held it together. I Splinted it up 3 days ago and it's still growing and kind of happy.

But how long should I leave the splint on it to be sure that it is healed.

Leave it a week, should be okay. Nothing wrong with 10 days also.
