ANTiFA-- what nutes, at full strength? Might be too much just yet,... How far away is the CFL? Fluoro's won't cause lensing burn, that needs a powerful point source light like HID, sometimes LED, or the Sun! ... *(HM-- funny how they come in 2's or 3's!).... however, the proximity heat might be too much, which can cause distortions,.. young leaves do funny things sometimes anyway, and may not grow out very evenly when this young! ... depending on what you say, might be needing to ease back nute conc. for now, and back up the light some,.. seedlings don't want the same intensity light that older plants do,...
