OK, it sounds like we're good! Germination can start no sooner than the morning of the 30th of December, which will allow for 2 full days of germ by the morning of the 1st. And there is a 48 hour "holiday" window which will allow time for vacationers and hard partiers to get their shit in order and drop a BAM bean in the pot. Window closes morning of the 3rd.
