Any advice for growing under a single 75W LED with no tent in a basement? Expecting temps in 60s or maybe 50s when growing. Thanks

It will make a better climate and be more efficient for your plants,

air intake and outake?

You could hang some Mylar blankets like this fellow did:

How about one of those circulating oil heaters that plug into an outlet to raise the temp?
