A magnifier will be very helpful with this,... And we talked about size envy already, ay? (LOL!) Honestly, I should take another look in the outdoor section too, and see if there's anyone else right about where we are, and in a similar environment, getting similar results,... likely not though....
As for feeding regimes, yes to the Grow-big, hold off on the Bloom for now; there's nothing in the bloom formula that they aren't getting in the grow ferts, save too much P at this time... As you've seen, I had some Iron issues, so I boosted that up with supp's,... if yours start to look pale, you saw what I did to fix it fast! I also recommend Superthrive highly; we use this extensively at the orchid nursery, and at home, on
everything,... (it's a highly concentrated B vitm's and a couple other non-fertilizer ingrd's, hormones basically (no not bad kinds); excellent for shock and giving the plants a nice boost in vitality) If you try it, use it with a spreader (or wetting) agent- (this will be good for anything you spray onto the plants, and also helps liquids penetrate soil faster and more evenly; it works by taking the surface tension out of water, so stuff that's sprayed on doesn't bead up and roll off, but forms a nice even coating,.... more surface area covered, the better absorption into the plant!). What you have now for nute's is just fine, don't think that using half a dozen different kinds, most of which just overlap each other, is going to yield better results. The plants
do not care about the fancy bottles, overstated claims, hype-hype-hype,... you're using high quality products, (I used Tiger bloom and Bloom Big last time, and will again!), that will cover the basics handily- N is N, P is P, etc etc.... Light (duration), as we've mentioned, is our limiting factor for size, not nute's ... Auto's are in fact more sensitive to nute' burn than photos are, so our problem is to feed them as much as they can actually use without loading up the soil too heavily. (LOL!) I know what you mean about all the products out there though; I was just at the supply store the other day, and it's ridiculous the number of products out there, especially for hydroponics! Matters are simpler for us fortunately... From what the truly experienced and well documented growers here recommend, feed the growth formula even after the buds start to form, until vertical growth slows noticeably down, them transition over to the bloom fert.'s; many I've seen here show buds well on their way before switching over. Also very highly recommended is molasses; it feeds the soil microbes, boosting them up which in turn boosts the plants nutrient uptake, and gives a little extra Ca and Mg... During blooming the energy and material draw is very high, so a little :cough: for them makes for bigger, better buds, baby! There's a couple threads here about this, but long story short it works well; use 1 T per gal once a week, usually starting when blooming begins. I cheated and started early anyway,... :brow: Don't want to starve my little single-cell friends down there... :buds: (Oh yeah, let me amend something here, about Big bloom; it's barely a true fertilizer, if you read the N-P-K numbers, more of a micronutrient supplement with other goodies that help facilitate uptake , etc... so it'll be fine to include with the grow fert.').... So, all other things equal, potency is going to be up to genetics largely, and your choices are solid for that; one generally shouldn't expect THC%'s to be as high as photos' potential (like 20-27%), but upper teens is reasonable. I'd like to see if breeder claims are valid, and send a sample or two in for analysis to Steep Hill Labs (quoted $50 pre sample for basic cannabinoid profile, 1g each).....

impmyride: :roflcry: The shorties are looking great sapphire!... mine are following the same growth pattern as yours- they're starting to stack new leaflets nose to cheek on newer leaflets! This is a very good thing, see, each node will form 2 new side branch sites, which means more goodness down the road! I get the strong impression they're starting to feel their 'biological clock' nudging them to bulk up in preparation for getting (queue Barry White)... sexual, baaay-bah..! :brow: LMAO! The nodes are gonna stack tight for now, and then I think their going to spring up in the stretch mode.... Plus our full sun all day long makes all kinds of plants grow a bit squatter and robust. Besides, our outdoor girls lead very different environmental lives compared to those indoors; those spoiled children get 20hrs plus of light, and that's why they can be made into super chunky mini-monsters (seriously, have you scoped out the pic competition thread? Sacre-blueu!) But we got a not so little something they're mostly lacking: UV-B wavelength, baby!! This type of uv radiation has proven to increase potency (I forget the biological imperative behind this phenomena :joint: ..a little 420 monment there) LOL! we may not win the weight competition, but we're stronger per weight no doubt! .... I have pairs of nearly everything, with all but a few late starters in the same soil, and even so about 1/3 show significant differences between them,... still, it's very early in the game, and their biggest changes are yet to come, so don't place any bets yet! Barney's shwag aside,...those cats are showing very poorly these days with bad product and policy,... and for that, they can smootch my Brown Cave Starfish!

's Grow Big and Big Bloom every other watering and will for another 2 weeks (at least). I get overwhelmed when I read the list of nutes some people give and I really want to keep it simple, but I also don't want to miss out on something simple that could increase the potency or yield so I'm finally looking to educate myself a little more on the subject.
