Hi Guys, My first grow, was on another forum but it seemed very dead and im roughly halfway through my auto's now so excuse the fact I don't have earlier pics but can be given if requested.

Ok so I have 5 Plants potted and under my lights and are currently 33 days old. Setup is as follows :

1mx1mx2m tent

PhotonPro84 + Helios Pro 4 (apparently equivalent to 400 hps each )

Mixture of Canna Coco + BioBizz All Mix ( about 50/50)

Extra Perlite

Clay Pebbles ( 0.75in at bottom of pots)

12 litre Pots

Canna Terra Vega + Flores

Canna Mono Trace Mix

Canna Rhizotonic

Canna Cannazym

Canna PK13/14

Canna Boost Accelerator

Filtered Water Ph 6.5 ( Occasional tap water to help with mag andcal as im in hard water area)

Temps 23-24c at night, 26-28c daytime
18/6 lighting

Ok so have only fed them Vega and trace mix up till now. Likghts have been kept at roughly 18-20in from tops. I have plant that doesn't seem to be getting any taller (15")and I believe this is down to drainage issuses and she is still wet and the others are dry and ready for another water so going to leave her out. I have only just received the other Canna Products...is it too late to be adding the Cannazym and Rhizotonic?

Do they look ok for their age? Im worried im doing something wrong as I know these are supposed to be a tall strain. Currently apart from the 15" one, they range from 21-23.5" and now growing taller about an inch or more every 2 days.
When do you think I should switch to all the flowering products? Im thinking leave another week or so at least? Here are some pics, sorry for quality. Any questions or comments good or bad please let me know :)
Thanks

Hi GlossyLeaf, nice selection of pics but may i offer a little advice? you may be better taking pics of your ladies away from the LED to eradicate the pink/purple effect i like the colour but can't see much else dude! I wouldn't worry too much about the height of your plants mate 20" and over is a nice size for an auto so you're fine there, they look like they're in the very early stage of flowering so i'd say your safe to keep giving them grow nutrients and then maybe switch to a 50/50 mix of grow and bloom nutrients before hitting them with full bloom nutrients (by your pics i'd say at least another 2 weeks, just my 2 cents though!). I'm not familiar with the coco and soil mixed together and i've not used any of the nute line you're using so i can't really offer you much advice along those lines but hopefully someone more experienced will chirp in! All in all though mate everything looks fine! Take a toke of the good stuff, sit back and chill, patience is key my friend! :smokebuds:

Thanks for the advice mate :) I will take some pics in good lighting in the next few hours :D

Looking good there bro :High 5: Im not into the soil/coco my self and only running A+B neuts on my coco grow.. + pk 13/14 for bloom boost.

But you should start flow neuts when vertical growth has stoped.

you can have a look at this one : https://www.autoflower.org/f44/life-cycle-auto-flowering-cannabis-5113.html

Hey yea the soil + coco came about when I went to the hydro shop looking for a 'light' mix soil but he only had normal bioBizz and the guy suggested in order to 'weaken' it, do a mix of the 2 as coco has no nutes in and it will also improve drainage at the same time lol. Either way, they seem to like it :)

Hi Glossy! ^_^

Welcome to the forums mate, I'd like to chime in and help out here, but like the others, i've done biobizz soil grows, and currnetly grow using canna coco and pretty much the same nute setup as you. (i use canna coco A&B)

But i never mixed them both together. And feed them quite differently. (soil i PH to 6.3-6.5 and Coco i PH 5.6-6.1) quite a massive difference so I'm really not sure what to suggest.

As for cannazyme - get it in there :) It's never too late for a nice bit of cannazyme
You're also fine getting the Rhizotonic in there, you should proabbly be using it for at least another 3 weeks. I Stop using it 2 weeks before harvest.

The boost can also go in there in small doses as your flowers have started to form, i'd use that right to the end! :)

Hope this helps a little

Blue ^_^

Ah right! Funnily enough another new member (weeMike i think) is also using a soil and coco mix, and i was confused as what advice to offer him as well in terms of which nute regime to go for soil or coco! but your explanation makes perfect sense now! Like you say mate they seem to be enjoying it so i'm going to keep an eye on your grow to see how it turns out as i'm intrigued now and possibly a method i may use for myself in the future. Here at AFN we're open to learning from all levels, it's not all about "i've done a 100 grows my way is best" sometimes someone pops up with a method that works for them but might not be in the traditional vein of things, here at AFN you CAN teach an old dog new tricks! he he! My friends rebelroy and blue who have chimed in have had excellent results, definately worth checking out their grows for tips and tricks! :peace:

Thanks peeps for your comments...much appreciated! Here are some 'better' pics lol... the lighting on some pics aint great but I will get decent pictures in time to come, just the colour of the bulb isn't 'white' enough and makes the leaves in some pics look a weird colour but they are perfectly fine I can assure you lol.

First five pics are my 15" one that aint growing any taller atm. Again, sorry for the quality. In the other pics you will notice my tallest and best plant..her leaves are almost pointing upwards at the top like she's praising the lord lmao. Im told this is a sign that they are extra 'happy' in the environment so to speak? lol...she does have the most buds sites and is so much bushier than the others but as I have 5 pots, she has always been in the middle receiving lots of light. I only used one light up till around 16-18 days and it caused the outer plants to stretch a little with exception to the 15"er, causing them to be not so bushy.

A few people tell me that I should be removing lower branches that wont receive light but doesn't this stunt auto's while they repair themselves and affect yield? Anyway... Gonna leach the soil with ph'd water later just to avoid any salt buildup and carry on with veg nutes for a while.

Oh yea..I almost forgot..1 of my plants..a few pistils have started to change colour to a browny orange already??!?! Is this normal to do that so early??? Im worried lol. Well....here are more pics...sorry for the essay! :GoooAuto:

Anyone know if the changing pistils are an indication of anything or shall I just carry on with the veg nutes for a bit? Thanks!
