Anyone else find when been drunk from alot of beer they fall asleep easy but never get a full sleep? Not sure why. Went out last night as a mate owed me some money and was going away for a month so had to go get it. Got in at round 2am and fell asleep now 6am and I'm side awake lol not gonna go back to sleep thought I could probably smoke a joint and get another few hours. Wanna be awake and not just woke up when the lights go out so I can spray with neem oil. Also gotta pot up my critical jack no wonder I love these girls wait to you see the size of them and they aren't even a week old they piss all over any of the others at the age when I potted them up.

I believe after a while in your system the alcohol converts to sugar and you get a sugar rush in your sleep. That disrupts basic REM cycles and thus the restless sleep.

I don't need to wait for the next day with red wine, my head starts pounding about an hour after my first glass. Ohhh, but how I love me some Cabernet or Chianti.

I've recently discovered pinot noir and love it, worth the headache

Lol I've decided I'm gonna have an alcohol free month. Every time my mates meet up they always wanna go pub and end up drinking but its not for me

Never had sleeping problems with alcohol. Hangovers aren't an issue, either. For each alcoholic drink have a glass of water. You might piss more, but you feel fine the next day. Just don't drink water the morning after a night of drinking. Oh, I hear bacon sandwiches are good for hangover due to the high amount of carbs and B vitamins. Never tried that one, though.

I agree about the wine. Even if I forget to drink water, I love me some nice wine. Definitely worth a hangover. My personal favorite is Malbec. I tear shit up on Counter-Strike after a couple glasses of that stuff.
