Day 91 and the Golden Triangles continue to fatten. They are getting very heavy and need a lot of support but they still need a week or so as they are still throwing a lot of new white pistils. The smells are a really nice lime scent with some fruity sweetness sneaking in. Yield is going to be huge so I think I will probably cob-cure a fair amount of the lowers, and keep some of the massive tops for flower.
I was taking a bit of a break when I discovered some volunteers growing in the garden. There were some seeds I guess in my compost pile from my Golden Triangle seed run. When I tilled it into the garden I had quite a few volunteers. I thinned out the males and kept the nicest girls to grow out. Most of them have a pretty predictable shape which you can see in first picture. I had a really nice pheno grow in the pea patch. That is the second pic. The leaves are very small compared to the others. No really big fans. The internodes are much closer together and the buds are rock hard. I pollinated a branch with the pollen I stored so fingers crossed we get some seeds. It's going to be a struggle with bud rot if we have a normal humid end to summer. Hopefully I can at least get some seed to grow out indoors.
