TD is a good outdoor choice, nice sized plant and good quality. Blue mazar would be one to try also. Read a lot and dont plant outside too early, cold will stunt the plants and significantly reduce your yield.

Looks like a pretty fair deal, might want to get some CalMg (calcium + magnesium) supplement just in case it is needed, some Alg A Mic would be beneficial but not needed, but will make your plants stronger and help in any recovery needed if there was any case of stress of a deficincy.
