Best CFL bulb for seedling

I'm looking for a good cfl bulb that will be suitable for my outdoor auto during the night. I want to try grow it as big as possible using a CFL to supplement. Any suggestions? Photo is 6 days from first tap root

yah just one of these will work, for a while. they are like 10 bucks at Walmart and usually you can use up to a 150 watt bulb. Can I ask why you want a CFL and not an led or other grow light? I'm just genuinely curious.
