hi, i would like to plant some think diffent outdoor (43 north) , i would like to start in the middle of may, do u think it's correct?? And how many plants fot meter square couple i plant???? Tnx

Hello and welcome to the Auto Network. May sounds about right, but I'm no expert on the Outdoors. I do know that the DP Think Different get quite large, so I can imagine outside in full or near full sun, it'll pretty much fill that square meter up. :D Someone else with more Outdoor and/or TD knowledge will come through soonish. :smokebuds:

Think Diferent is a day neutral strain therefore the date you start is not as important as your outdoor weather and the 80ish days to finish date... If it was me I would start it 80 days before my best dry sunny weather for your area.

I assume you're talking about putting established plants outside rather than just starting germination at that time. Middle of may SHOULD be fine to put outside assuming your exact location is getting plenty sunlight, all danger of frost has passed, average daily high temps are in the 70ish range, and ideally lows average no colder than 50ish...but the warmer the better. Established, plants that have been properly hardened off will have a much better chance of survival than small seedlings. I'd say grow them inside until they have at LEAST 4 nodes but preferably 5 or 6.

Look up extended forecasts, monthly averages, farmers almanacs and the such on the web to get a good idea of yearly averages in your area for that time period. Also keep in mind outside there are other things to consider such as if you have a "severe weather season" in your area, or certain known pests that are abundant at that time. I think the most you would want to try to plant in a square meter (I think thats what u meant...1 meter/sq) would be maybe one or two. But I have no first hand experience with that strain (yet) so perhaps someone else who does would know different. I'm growing some of those this year myself and I'm only several degrees lat off from you. You can find my thread listed in the outdoor/greenhouse forum titled "Shadowbucks go at an outdoor grow." But first please go to the forum titled "Introductions" and introduce yourself (if you have not done so already) to the AFN fam. Be as personal or discreet as you like but in my own personal experience here, I had A LOT of people come read my intro post and welcome me here. And a lot of the same people have since helped me out greatly with questions I have had. But anyways, welcome to AFN! :smokebuds:

i had an account, un der the name of AUTO OUT or something like, but maybe i'm too stone to remember the password...XD
Btw last year i put the seed the 4 june, and the 22 june went in flowering!!! And harvest from 7 augost to 22 augost, so it i'm right the plants keep the most hours of light in the veg period, if i plant in the beginning of may, Will keep more light in the flowering right???
Ps:sorry for my english

Your account probably got squished(like a lot of us, who weren`t online line at the time)! Welcome back mate! :peace:

Hi friends!!! I buy new seeds: 7 think different-5buddha purple kush-3 LA DIVA-5 vertigo-2 autowappa-3 autoblueberry-2 auto white berry
Did somebody grow any of these strain outdoor?? Could i try to put 2 TD for m/sq and the other 4 for m/sq???
tnx and peace!!!!

Ive read a good amount on these strains.Myself I have grown outdoors 80% of the time and just stared yet again with 6 diff. strains.and a Photo later in the year too.the only thing your really looking for short of Pests n the like is the Temps and ofcourse the RH when in heavy flower. The tighter the bud structure the more you have to keep a close eye on it.just like indoors kinda. But if it drps below 65 degrees F, I move my plnats inside if its really cool or I just cover them with a wool blanket with a small tomatoes cage.wont stave off a hard frost but it'll keep the temps more user friendly brother. And a friend of mine last year grew 10 Buddah Purple Kush plants.did beautiful. He had one runt but it still did well.Best growing karma to you my friend.
