Lighting Best way to point lights

Been thinking of where I aim my lights in the cabinet and the best way?
This is pretty much how I'm going to train my future grows, main cola in the center..

And these are I think all the options

Be interested to hear what you think, i'm liking C but not sure if it's a waste of light reflecting off the mylar?
Hopefully this is going to be a poll

If your growing 2 plants like before I would go with A as its the most even footprint,if your growing 1 plant C is the one as your increasing the intensity by crossing the beams.
