Indoor Big Buddha Chiesel Grow Journal

Morning AFN'ers,

This is my second grow and am growing just the one fem. Big Buddha Chiesel and will be attempting some LST as I left the last one to grow "naturally" being my first grow and a noob n all...

My cupboard is a 1m height x 1.5m width x 1m deep..

Lined completely with Mylar..

250 watt HPS light..

RH is 58%

Temp is 76.6 F.

Grow medium is Bio-Bizz all mix..

10" fan for circulation and temp control..

Run off PH is 6.7

Feeding with plain water left to stand for first 14-18 days before introducing GH Flora Pro Series, Cal/Mag and will be trying out the GH Ripen - late bloom feed (anyone used it ???)

So I opted to plant the seed straight into the 1 gallon pot with a plate on top (plate surrounded with clingfilm to keep it humid and dark) sprayed the surface lightly every 6 hours and after 36h I could see the seed pushing through, removed the plate and just covered the opening seed with soil and covered pot with now just cling film...

4 days later I have a healthy looking seedling who is just opening up her second set of what I call shark tooth leaves...

I am going to be writing this journal as am still kind of a noob and trying LST for the first time.. So feel free to correct me in anything I may be doing wrong :thumbs:

Day 8 pics update

On day 8 now she is looking very healthy and green, want to start some LST training on day 14 and introduce nutes on the same day.. Updates to come, pics below...

Grew a little quicker than expected so started LST today, have a slight problem keeping RH above 35% now, purchasing a humidifier end of the week, for now its steaming towels by the intake fan :/

Day 16 pics update, first LST attempt on this grow

Right so I managed to sort the RH and now sits at 52%ish give or take a couple of percent and the leaves are looking healthier for it... Started LST on day 8 and have slowly eased the main cola flat, she responded well and now have 3 potential main colas starting to develop.... Will be introducing GH Flora Gro and GH Flora Micro 1/4 strength next watering (this afternoon)

Day 19 Update, LST working well

Quick update, so started LST just over a week ago and she seems to have responded well, she now has 4 main colas (original main cola still really the dominant one)...

She has just starting to switch to flowering had a few white pistils appear yesterday and now appearing on all nodes now...

Did spot a little fly in grow cupboard so gave inspection and think it just got sucked in through my intake fan...

Day 25, pics update....

Ok guys so I am on day 25 and this is my second auto grow, I started LST this plant and it seems to be working well... I have 5 main colas now and some good side branches coming through...

The initial main cola (bit coming out the ground) is already 3 Times thicker than my last plant at harvest and is a good half inch thick)

Feeding GH Flora Pro series and cal/mag and she seem is loving it and shootin up pretty quick...

Hoping this one will be the beauty I dreamed of last grow lol
