Day 31, pics update... yellowing of older leaves
Afternoon all,
Ok so am now on day 31 and approaching the half way stage of the grow... I have opted to try LST for the first time and she has responded well so far....
I am feeding GH Flora series and Cal-Mag and using their feeding schedule (pic below)
Now all has been well until I noticed her older leaves are yellowing, and dying off, I thought it looks like mag deficiencies but have been including calmag 1ml per litre every feed so am left thinking its not?? any input is appreciated...
Apart from the yellowing, she is doing ok I think, has slowed somewhat in vertical growth now, lots of budsites on her now and starting to smell a bit now..

Day 35, pics update, nicely into flowering now

Ok so am now on day 35 and have made the switch to flowering nutes now...
She isnt gaining much vertical height now but has some quite tight node spacing so moved the light up (250 watt HPS now 8" away was 7")
The buds are really starting to form and grow now and have a nice number of budsites on her so hoping for a nicer yield this time..
I am however concerned about her health, the older fan leaves are already starting to yellow, N def I think... Which is annoying as last grow had too much N.... You can see the yellowness in the pics...is this something to really worry about or up her feed and monitor her closely... Any input appreciated

Think my fIrst LST is turning into a success
@Romeo Yes I am still feeding with cal/mag 1ml/L.
@Nuskool Ph of feed is 6.2 and run off PH is 6.3 I flush with plain water every 3-4 feedings to prevent salt build up...
Day 38, temps 73.6 F., RH 42%, Run Off PH 6.3
The yellowing has slowed some what now and isnt spreading to higher/newer leaves...
She is growing nicely can see buds getting bigger each day, some of the pistils are starting to change colour now and she's getting a nice mj smell about her now...

With lockout would there be no other signs or symptoms, she is growing nicely, leaves are a nice green colour (above lower yellow ones) leaves are nice, rigid and straight, no blemishes on the leaves anywhere???
Never suffered from lockout so not experienced at all in identifying it...

Pics 4 and 5 from post #12 and pic 4 from post #14 is what I was going off of.
I've had lockout look just like that, one leaf totally yellow but still big and flat. The others too don't look shrivled or off enough to me to be a deficiency or burn.
If newer growth doesn't show signs you're golden, sometimes glitches happen.

Ok I am gonna up the calmag by .5ml/l and see how she does, Nuskool I appreciate the input and I am going to get new ph buffer as I think you could be right
