New Grower Big mistake?

Your fine. I use to live in an apartment and this use to happen to me a lot under my T5 lamp. I have had it off for days before and had it turn off several times during a grow with out any harm.

As long as dryness wasn't involved, they just took a well deserved nap and they'll be fine.
