Big problem.....sick plant

I think all my plants are better except my Purple Express. The Rust spots have covered almost all of my leaves and their dying out.

What can I do to fix the problem. I've already flushed and I've used ColMan.

What should I do.

Also when I flush should I put a little amount of grow big in three water this time or just straight water?????
