Hi guys,

I popped two Mephisto freebies (crem de la chem x sour stomper aka sour crem) on New Year’s Day and the popped out the soil about a week later, so let’s say that we are going into week 6. I am kind of running them as a test because I’m switching to autos so that I can have a perpetual weed supply thing going on like we all dreamed of as kids waiting in the rain for a dealer to call you back!
That test isn’t going too great based on my experience of growing photos. One plant is 12 inches and the other is about 18 inches. That sounds like a decent amount of girth but size isn’t everything (as all small plants say) and they have slowed in growth terribly. They also look fucked. Not proper fucked but well on their way.

I’m growing in 7l airPots, in biobizz lightmix, under 135w of QB led, which I have dimmed a bit.

After about week three I tried to feed them with biobizz grow but it went as badly as brexit. They clawed up then they dropped as I tried to flush. They have recovered somewhat but I’m scared to give them anything extra in case I make it worse. I gave them a littler nitrozyme because I thought it was a deficiency but it may have been a toxicity as they got worse. So now they have been only with tap water and tomorrow I’m thinking of using some activera from biobizz as I have it and appaz its good for burnt baby skunk plants.

They are yellowing with red spots. Might try some Epsom salts? Wanna stay organic. Please help!

I would not say they are toxic they look short of nitrogen if anything. They look hungry for some K are you not using bio bloom, TopMax or Heaven?

Info about activera is spot on i near enough stuffed a plant with nitrogen a few month a go. Activera sorted that shit right out.

First pic is around 6 weeks with heavy toxicity I fed a very reduced amount of nutes with 4ml p/l of activera for around 3 feeds which is a week and a half next pic is 11 weeks went from all fucked up to producing mega buds all things considered.

Thanks buddy ! That gives me some hope. Still not sure what’s going on but I just gave 2ml per litre of activera and the same of bioheaven.
I thought I may have given too much nitrogen by way of the biogrow. Weird thing is though they went yellow instead of dark green. I’ve put things back a couple weeks for sure but hopefully they recover with activera and heaven. I’ll put in some topmax and bloom on the next feed too, half strength.

A few mins after their first feed in a week after plain water. Just been fed activera and bioheaven. At least the girl on the left has her leaves pointing up ☝️

They are def, could possibly be photo related because I'm also seeing mag deficiency. How long ago did you water and with what source/ph? What ph tester do you use? What ph down are you using?

@Waira could maybe help more.

Hey man, I'm a total newbie but are you monitoring your PH? What's the soil PH and what are you feeding at?

This is something I wasn't doing initially and paid the price for after about a month of growing.

These are definitely questions that will be asked for the diagnosis.

Good luck!!

Hey guys I don’t mess with ph down etc as I have an organic grow and I was always told the soil is a good enough buffer. It’s not a super living soil as I don’t have the time or space but I’ve used biobizz for a while now and never had issues, same tapwater too. I don’t have a ph testing kit for these reasons. I’m not rubbishing your theory at all but from what I’ve read and grown; ph in soil is a bit of a non-issue and it costs a fair bit of money to get a proper testing kit, then you must use ph up/down which are chemicals that can kill microbes. Is there any other way around it?

Can I use Epsom salts or Dolomite lime for mag deficiency?

Problem: Slow growth as flowering started. Had clawing but it has stopped now. Yellowing of leaves. Possible mag or cal deficiency?

Medium/grow method: 7l Airpots of biobizz light mix

Feed: and supplements used: Veg; Tap water, root juice 1ml/l, biogrow worked up to 2ml/l (possible problem)

water source: Tap

Strain/age: Mephisto CremDeLaChem v Sour Stomper - 6 weeks old

light used: 135w QB (dimmed slightly) - right now its 24 inches above canopy.

Climate: 75f 40-50 humidity

I've always used botanicare ph down with no issues. Takes 1ml for a whole gallon to drop from 8 to 6.5. I have worms living in soil with no issues at all.
