New Grower Blackstar 135watt led ufo.. is it sufficient?

I have 1 TD under a 270watt chrome and I have an extra 135watt ufo and I am wondering would that ufo be able to start 2 red dwarfs in 16oz cups?

Another question I have is that my TD is about 3 weeks old and she doont want to streach... alot of leaf but only 6 inch tall.. is that normal??

Hey mate, I'd say you are fine to start a couple of red dwarfs under the 135w but they will need the chome as well once they get bigger.all 3 should fit nicely under both the LEDs .how far is your chrome above the TD mate? To me its looking like you could raise it sum to encourage some stretch.the chrome is a lot more intence than the older blackstars and the heights need to be a little higher or the node spacing becomes real tight. :group:

The chrome is 16 inches above top of plant... is that ok?
Also I have 2x 135 ufo those with the chrome do u think I could do more the 2 red dwarfs maybe do 3?

Yes mate,id say you could start 3 if you have 2x135w if they run the 3w chips? id also raise up the chrome to say 20-24 inch,let the TD stretch a bit toward the light.and once they hit flower you will see a stretch and growth burst anyway mate :group:

Ya they have 3w chips.. so I raised up the chrome to 24 inches . I hope this streatches her . She had a rough start as the temp was way to high..I have 2 red dwarf germung now should be ready to go tonight and ill start the 3 rd germ now.

Good stuff mate 3 will befine under 2 of those..also with the chrome see how the TD responds to the light being raised over the next week,it will help you get a feel for judging the height required for nice node spacing. :group:
