dam guys horrible news just looked in my veg tent and half of my bs240 has gone out. what horrible luck to have a cpl days before me bday :(
 
sorry on the bad luck.:no: how old was it? sound's like power supply? hope it is a simple fix. when i hear this from member's, it put's a scare into me.:cry:
i cant afford light failure's and running four bs 20/4 365 day's a week :shrug:i have major fan failure at the moment to deal with.

got it in october 2011 astro and its been runnin 24/7 since kinda sucks. i sent in a email but since its past the 1year i'm doubtful. prob have to find a way to pull some led money out me arse for a new one.
 
Bummer Bro, not good,

I had to ream the ass of the salesman who sold me the light to guarantee me I can have a new light in 24 hours if something fails. I told him right or wrong I can't be without a light for more than a day. This isn't somethign they normally do. But since I don't live to far away, he told me he would do that. In fact They will ship a light to me, then I put the old one in the box and ship it back. I know warranties involved and such, but I do feel your pain. That is the one thing I worry about is my lighting. Well I worry bout other stuff, but mainly my lights.
Just a quick question though. Is this something we iwll have to deal with? I mean these lights are more expensive than almost any other kind of light. This shit shouldn't happen within even three years let alone just over a year. I know people who have had thier HID lights with no problems for over 10 years. Are companies just marketing screw techniques to Marijuna growers?

I wonder if you called them, and told them how much people view your posts on these black star LED's And how involved you are in actual marketing for thier produck because of all your followers, they might give you a deal you can live with to get it fixed. I mean you could actually have some control whether people from this site uses thier product. To me, if I were a reasonable business man, I would think that helping you out could be more beneficial than snubbing you. Maybe if they new that, they might help more,

yah master sent them a email so well see in the next cpl days if i hear back explained that also. well time to take me last hundred to the boat and see if i can win me some led money!
