Here is one for ya , I able to get lots of what we call band saw dust after we cut up a lot of meat on the band saw , it is a mix of meat and bone dust as you can imagine it is damp not dry , now would this be ok to add to a soil mix , I know it will smell , but I will leave it outside and nothing will be able to dig it up . :dunno: I have about 6 weeks till I want to use the soil .
 
I would not recommend using bone dust in the soil mix.it could cause unwanted bacteria.maggots or a host of other problems.
