The question in general is about etiquette on the saying puff puff pass your fucking up the rotation does it apply to blunts n joints r is it a general rule of smoking period not bout how big a bowl is r how big of hits ur taking r trying to save

From my experience, marijuana smokers aren't that obsessed with rules. Basically, it applies to any time you're smoking weed, period. Share it with the circle, don't be greedy, and the rule of "to the left" is basically so no matter how blazed you get it's easy to keep the rotation going correctly. The circle is a great aspect of what separates weed from booze, so the rules are there to keep everyone happy and keep things smooth and fair.

Might be to help remember just to keep it moving as well. I'll admit it...I've spaced out a couple of times right after a hit and just sit there letting the thing slowly smoulder away to nothing left.
