Hello again AFN,just wondering if any one knows if boveda 62 will frreze and if so has anyone had them rupture because of them freezing.

I'm pretty sure it's "salt gel" in there (for lack of the scientific term - sodium suspended in partial liquid?) so my guess would be no...
But you may want to test that theory with one.

Thanks.Im going to test one in the freezer,I think i will also keep my jars upside down till my results are in.

I feel like that defeats the purpose. Don't know if you should or need to freeze bud at all if you have boveda packs.

Freezing bud makes it all weird in my experience... Not like bad weird just... I dunno, kinda like mega-ultra-silver-frost-cured or something...
anyway...
i can't answer your question but it intrigues me... I assume this is to extend storage? I think my initial response was the same as Longbottom ^ but now that I think of it, you might be on to something as a desiccant to fight thaw condensation without drying the bud too much.
