I could have put 1 more auto pot in there, but it would have been stuffed. If you want to grow large plants, autopots and electric sky's are a great combination! Just remember, you have to trim all that when your grow is over! Not my biggest plants to date with Autopots, but I wanted a bunch of cola tops with the scrog earlier in the grow to train them to be shorter. I have found that if I let them go sea of green, most times you still need to lollipop autos with any lighting system, as they get too tall and the lowers dont get any light. with that being said, its looking to be a great harvest in a few weeks!
Into week 9 and all is rocking right along! Temps are steady 77*F and humidity is still low at 27%, but not a concern with being so close to finish. Trichs on both are still clear, but the DP Blackberry Kush is looking to finish a bit earlier than the Fastbuds Girlscout Cookies. But if I have to, I will take both as the autopots aren't set up to shut one pot off.....yet.(next grow!) Both looking good and they have slowed down this week on the feed/water. They were both going through 3.5 gallons every 2.5-3 days. Going to let them go for another week or two and plan on chopping both on the 24th or 25th of April. I am going to toss 1/2 of both plants in ziplocks and freeze the fresh bud for a hash run and press it out for rosin. the other half I'll dry and cure for the long haul and press it out later. The plants burnt through 1 carbon filter and are eating the second(its only been in the tent for a week) and its starting to crap out! They have eaten a Vivosun filter (that I fired up on week 4 and lasted 5 weeks!) for breakfast and are now on a Can Lite filter for lunch! Good thing I am planning on chopping these things down this next week! Very sweet/berry/musk/dank tones....and when I say tones, I mean burn your nostrils!
The wife doesnt mind me growing, but if she smells it, she gets pissed, so I am doing my part not to anger the woman that lets me live here! Lol
