Could this be a phosphorus deficiency? I didn't think it was calcium, but wasn't sure.

probably, but Ca symptoms can overlap sometimes,.. please get me more info, there's a patient form in the colored section above this one; c/p it into here and fill in details to get a proper diagnosis,... BTW, the pics are trippin' me, are some of the leaves wet, or what's with the white stuff all over? it's hard to tell in that pics,.. COB lights by any chance, and how far away are they?

Thanks Waira.

The leaves are wet so you're likely seeing the reflection of the light on the wetness [emoji57]

I believe it's calcium too. This is a simple soil (Fox Farms) grow with a Top Shef Duolux LED.

I'll do the form next time but I was pretty confident this was Calcium deficiency (I just saw purple in between the leave veins too and thought it might be a Phosphorus deficiency).

I thought so, but it's wise to ask regardless-.... Mate, you saying no nutes at all yet, and is it OF soil? I must caution you about FF soils, despite their absurd popularity ( they once were truly fantastic) I find it's the [HASHTAG]#1[/HASHTAG] problem soil that I see here,... I have measure pH in the bags in the low 5's, FFS! :finger: ...quality control is very spotty,... i recommend getting an Accurate 8 soil pH probe, for direct in-pot measurement,.. run-off and all that crap is next to useless, much to crude and variable-prone..... So between that and the possibility of just plain lack-of defc. starting, it could be more than one defc. acting up, as many of the nutes uptake and metabolizing depend other nutes availability,.... that purple petiole thing is not a good indicator, since it's common to have normal color expression there as well,..I treat it as a "co-symptom", something that can help confirm,...
