Brown spots on fan leaves

Hi guys
I found some spots on my plants and I can't understand what they actually are.
Do u have an idea about it?

.... Hey Sir Green! ....this could be a couple things... A little nute soln. splash shouldn't burn like that (foliar feeding is common in many horticultural practices), on lower leaves unless it was a high conc. feed, and/or close to the lights causing the burn,.. shape isn't right either,... Also, sometimes a pH snafu can cause similar spotting, but usually that's in hydro,... the rest of the plant looks fine, and if it's not advancing, let it be for now,... have you checked soil pH?

No i still didn't !
Even if I think it should be ok cause I measured a lot of times in several grows with the same conditions.
Anyway...some times, while watering, I pour a lit of water on bottom leaves. So maybe this could be the cause.
