Hey guys. So one of my TD has a brown spot on one of the leaves. I'm not quite one week into flowering. Ph levels are fine and the rest of the plant seem pretty healthy. It's only on this one leaf and the rest of that one leaf doesn't seem to have any discoloration. I don't know if I should be concerned or not.

I tried to get pics, but my camera hates close-up shots so the only thing you can make out is that it's a leaf. Found a pic online and it looks similar to this, but without any yellowing and there are only 2 spots, but twice as big as the ones pictured.

Thoughts?

Could be the start of cal-mag def. Also when they start to flower they need more phosphorous,it might need bigger doses of cal-mag and phos.

Do you have a pic of the whole plant as well ... would help give lil better idea as to where the plant is at... I am not sure what is going on there but those leaves die off pretty early on in the grow anyway so if it is just that one leaf and doesn't spread I wouldn't worry to much... I am no pro but I am sure someone will come along soon to help you better... Good luck with the grow ! :peace:

Thanks namvet. I'll try raising those a bit and see what happens.

Cosmic Charlie: here's a pic of the plant. Day 37 overall. And yes, I've noticed the leaf curl. A friend suggested switching the brand of nutes, which has been reducing it so I'm not too worried about that right now.

don't quote me, but that plant looks more like it's getting overwatered than over-nuted. how are you growing these?

Neuro that plant looks to be alright to me but again I am no pro if you have addressed the leaf curl ...do you mean around the outsides of the leaves cause that could just as easy be too much light or light is too close and from the pic doesn't look too bad . I assume the leaf you showed that looked unhealthy was at the bottom ...one of the first leaves... if so it is prolly just about time for it to go ...if you want you can just sbip that off or actually it will prlly just fall off pretty soon ...What nutrients were you using originally? and what did you switch to? out of curiosity? Anyway doesn't look to be anything major ...try not to worry too much unless it gets worse...

It's heat stress(second pic). Check your temps and RH... The plant is trying to cope in a hot environment, make sure you have good air circulation as well :).

YouDon'tKnowMe: I'm growing them in hempy buckets.

CosmicCharlie: Now that you mention it, the light being too close might make sense. I have been raising it as the plant grows, but I recently returned from a 4 day trip, so it may just be in the process of recovering from that. Also, the leaf I was concerned about is around the middle of the plant.
For veg I used this stuff called MaxiGrow (pretty much because it was given to me). Worked pretty well from what I could tell. I started flowering with sensizym, but the friend I mentioned in my last post gave me some FoxFarm to try out.

Stankonoid: The heat has actually been a lot lower the past week and a half. We had a brief period of 80 to 85 F heat in my area (strange for this time of year) and it was routinely near 100 F in the grow tent with humidity almost always below 40% (they seemed fine under those conditions). Now that the weather has normalized (55 to 60-ish F outside) it's hovering around 80 F in there and the humidity is around 50%. Although as I said, I was away for 4 days and obviously couldn't raise the light during that time.
