Grow Room Bucket Growers 5 gallon bucket

hello all!

Building a 5 gal bucket grow that can be tucked away in a closet and grow my needed 6-7 oz a year of medicine. I will be using reg seeds from a good breeder and will keep it perpetual either through reveg, or pulling a clone after reveg, or coiliodal silver the second harvest for more seeds.

My setup is
1- black 5 gallon bucket
1- vanity 4 plug light strip
4-8w led bulbs (2 2700, 2 4000)
1-80 mm pc fan for exhaust
4- 1.5” passive intake holes on bottom.
Single carbon sheet in front and after the pc fan for a light block/smell reduction.
1 gal smart pot( might fold in half due to cocos crazy growth in small pots)

All in all it costs less than $20usd including the coco, lol.

Will be using coco coir / KISS method with maxi bloom. I will be using a blumat jr xl with a small rez to make it almost maintence free and can leave town for days without worry. Will lst and tie down. I am trying to get 30-50g per harvest, which would put me at 1g/w easily. I plan to veg for 2-3 weeks depending. Pics to come soon.

Up and running. Here are my final specs=

3 x 15w 2700k bulbs
80mm pc fan pushing air through the filter
Passive intake on bottom

Fully can carry with the handle and looks like a normal 5 gallon bucket minus the 3 light sockets on top. I wish I could solder like mr sparkle and hid these huge bulbs as much as possible, maybe even create a fake lid/ pot that covers them to the standard person.

I wish they installed light sockets inside closets.. is this hard to do ? There was a large rack inside this closet however it fell down leaving several inch holes in the wall. If I could somehow run an extension cord through this hole, the attic is above with several installed sockets..

Awesome! Would love to see your set-up planning on something similar with 4 15 watt leds 2 5000k 2 2700k. 1/2 gallon fabric pots and 50/30/20% coco/worm cast/perlite maybe just a sprinkle of vermiculite as well for better water holding. Set up my first space bucket this weekend with a 150w growstar ufo. Ill be following ✌
