Today I have lost two branches very close to the main cola the first one was this morning and the second not along ago both times all i done was lightly brush the bud and the stem snapped clean off the plant. Also I have noticed browning calyx in the bud. Which is also appearing all over the plant So my question is what could have caused the branches to fall off so easily and could the browning calyx be anything do do with it? Brown calyx is in second picture looks more white,Also I forgot to feed bloom a few days ago and leaves rapidly yellowed all over the plant Could it have fallen of because the plant is telling me it's time to harvest?

those discolored catalaxts indicates that your plants branch is dead or dying , mine will do the same in a bit. Careful not to over dry when you dry she's already drying out it seems.

Not all calyx's are doing this, I did miss a watering about 4 days ago and watering was reduced slightly the day before but was out back to normal the next feed, could that be the reason for this? Or do you think it is ready for harvest?

Here are some pictures of the plant pictures 4 and 5 are of lower bud sites they are definetly still growing daily and still have white hairs so I don't think it's ready just yet ?

The bud falling off is a mystery to me ... could be your grow was missing an essential nutrient, no idea what ... your pics look good and show a plant that is nearing completion ... I'd switch to plain water from here out and if you want you can harvest the branches/buds that are most mature first and start them to drying ...
:headbang:

I`d harvest the tops and see how the lower growth develops for a week or two (I`m not growing under lights atm though!). Have you checked the trics?

I was planning on starting plain water in 2 days then flush for a week then harvest will possibly leave some lower growth for a week or 2 extra, and nope I don't have a loupe and can't get one in time for harvest

If you have a smartphone with a decent camera, you can download a free microscope app, I use one called Cozy magnifier & microscope, here's a link http://hantorlab.blogspot.kr/?m=1

I've played around with quite a few, and this one works best for me. Simply snip off a sugar leaf, and place it on a pice of white paper, underside is fine too. Then place the phone on some books, bricks, whatever about 5 cm over the sample with the phone camera protruding in over the sample.

It ain't a professional job with crystal clear razor sharp images, but good enough to make a call.

Here's a few pics done with a Note 3
