Buds falling off? Help?

Best read up on curing ... your nearing completion ... :vibe:

If you have a smartphone with a decent camera, you can download a free microscope app, I use one called Cozy magnifier & microscope, here's a link http://hantorlab.blogspot.kr/?m=1

I've played around with quite a few, and this one works best for me. Simply snip off a sugar leaf, and place it on a pice of white paper, underside is fine too. Then place the phone on some books, bricks, whatever about 5 cm over the sample with the phone camera protruding in over the sample.

It ain't a professional job with crystal clear razor sharp images, but good enough to make a call.

Here's a few pics done with a Note 3

Thank you great advice I had thought of this earlier today but did not look for anything, I will download just now

:smoking: Hey Burn'!.... well, those calyxes that are at the very base of the stems, all by themselves (not part of the bud clusters itself) are the oldest ones, and often, mature out sooner than the others,... I see mine browning out right at harvest time, depending on how ripe you like them,... from the looks of it, parts of your girl are ready, others could cook a little longer, so your plan for staged harvest is a good one! Of course, a good look at the trich's is really needed for an accurate assessment,... even something with 10x will suffice to determine their color,... I figure yours are all cloudy/milky, with some ambering likely on the ripest stuff,... that's harvest ready, if so,... As for the branches on the lateral buds snapping easily, it could be a sign of P and K defc., or a physical/mechanical flaw at the juncture to main stem (any trauma hit them earlier?),.. I do see P defc. for sure, maybe some K (can't quite tell in the pics),.. also that edge rolling is likely from heat/transpiration stress, but not a factor in the weak stems,... I'll chat with a mentor buddy about this,.. I know leaves have abscission layers ( cell zones designed for eventual breakage), but the stems, at the main stalk,...not sure,... In any case, do what you can to get a trich' assessment, start that flush in prep for your staged harvest,... at this point, no sense in trying to treat the defc.'s anyway!

Last night another branch fell off, i decided to harvest the mature branches as I didn't want to risk them dying most of it has been harvested, near the stems within some of the buds the calyx's are white and I have found a couple of single brown dead calyx within a couple of buds, any idea what that could be ? Still not ready maybe ?or bud rot starting? image.jpg

Cheers Elvis she is 70 days old today but I harvested nost if her last night as I panicked as another branch fell off and I thought she was dying I have left some small immature buds but not many, I also have two other think different the another the same size roughly but with a larger main cola and a smaller one that had it's main cola chopped just over a week ago due to bud rot I am flushing both just now will probably take them down in a week, I plan on running 4 plants next run 2 think different and 2 of another dutch passion auto not sure which yet tho, I plan on adding a hs1 to the room and changing to tangs feed schedule and soil as this grow was just with miracle grow soil and bio bloom, I will get a wet weight for what I harvested soon
