BUGS!!!

I think these are beneficial. No tailpipes.
There are easily 1000 of them on one Avocado peel in my worm bin.
Either I need to put these in my pots or I need to start pest management.
Please tell me what these are. Obviously I'm going to start researching the subject.

Looks harmless so far. Vermicast site says maybe too moist in my worm bin but they just eat dead veg and poop it out. Let it dry out a little or ignore it. Hopefully it's cool.
