Lighting Building Cob for 4x4

I'm trying to get a price estimate on a set up for cobs. I want to use citizen 1212 but I don't know what drivers to use or how many needed for 16 square feet.

What driver do i need?
How many cobs?
Heat sinks?
Most cost effective route?
80 cri or 90 or both?

Lol I know it's old but I got my setup from kingbright and I had good customer service and save a lot 9f money, I'm definitely going back to them but I think their prices went up with this trade war bs with China

I am running DIY Citizen 1212 3500k 90 cri 14 of them in a 24 sq ft space. I run them at about 35 to 40 watts to keep the heat down. I can run them up to 50 watts but they get pretty warm when I do. I am pleased with the results but if I were building a light now I would use Growmau5 pucks from Chilled. I would look there before you buy parts.

Well I just went over to ChilLed's site and they are out of stock with no ETA. Looks like Rapid LED bought them all?
