Lighting Need help building COB light

Current setup is a viper spectra 300w, no brand 300w(came with tent kit), and a 150w 660nm full red LED.
20"x36"60" tent
3 plants at the moment
soil in 5 gal pots

Right now I don't know much about building lights at all. I know you need a driver and that's what determines what intensity the lights run at based on the amperage output. which is wired to a line of COBs. Heat sinks and attaching a small fan.

I really would like to learn how to build if anyone can attach previous threads explaining light building for dummies :smoking:
-Just wanting to know a general product list I need to complete a build
-Good sites to buy from
-most efficient yet effective light and driver

Im a mechanic so I have a good idea in fabrication, soddering and all of that good stuff
