Flushing should only be used as a last ditch effort... I don't see anything to panic about here yet... looks like those leaves are dragging in the dirt... that would be my first thought as to the culprit behind your tip issues.

totally within range, those leaves look real dark, which indicates maximum photosynthesis efficiency. No need to flush, you are right on her maximum levels, she will do you a song and dance if you can keep on that line between sufficient and toxic.
