Great Lakes Genetics is in the House

I grew 3 strains from Sweet seeds 15+ years ago. all three were good. I think one was curled Carmela. It was awesome. I was actually trying to get their seeds on my site three or four years ago when Instagram took my account and my conversation with them ended at that point, and I never did get back with them.
Sounds like Cream Caramel, one of their oldest cultivars and still in production... Cream Mandarine is another, a cross of it with citrusy aroma...
I fell in love with Green Poison F1FV way back in my 2nd or 3rd year ever of growing I think? Tommy and Jp were here all the time then, and most folks who did grow&show journals of their gear were usually offered more seeds to try out :cool1: - the good old days!
I asked to try the GP auto, but got sent the F1FV by accident.

Undeterred, and intrigued by the FV concept (perfect for OD's here) I fired one off beginning of August as a total gamble... I was blown clean away at the speed and performance of her, and by late Oct. I had a lovely small bud-packed girl that was resin smothered with awesome aroma! Very sweet, fruity with lychee and calamansi lime notes 😛 ...dense gummy buds with a nice relaxing buzz...

I grew her a few more times since, but not in a while now. I was planning to run her again a couple years back, but after talking with some forum mates elsewhere and asking about their grows of it, the aroma and other features seemed to have changed a lot. 2-3 others chimed in and said pretty much the same thing, none had what I had so I didn't run her again. 😔
