Could this be cal+mag def I have checked on the self help sticky but would like a second opinion if it is what's the best way to treat it

I have been lightly feeding scared of burning the plant she's been getting 3ml cal+mag on every feed just give her a plain water feed with 7ml cal+mag can someone please help

I think this is P def showing up. The symptoms of P def and Ca def can sometimes be a little confusing as they can be very similar. Taking into the fact that you have been feeding 3 ml/L CaMg, CaliMagic was it?, that should really be enough unless she is an extreme CaMg hog. You said you have been feeding lightly, and it looks like you are in early bloom when the P demand of the plants really increase. I would go ahead bump up my bloom nutes and see if things stop streading. The leaves that are now showing symptoms will probably not recover and likely may continue to die off. You want to make sure that things stop spreading to new leaves.

....hmmm, I see Ca defc. symptoms too HM,...the finer clustered spotting often along the veins/midrib is tell tale,... the paleness is early P defc. starting to kick in also, the bud crowns are looking a bit underdeveloped; I see more and more of the co-symptom stuff with P and Ca, and as HM said, their symptoms can often be similar,.. Note the purpled petioles (leaf stems), a common symptom of P defc., but by itself isn't a good enough indication because some plant naturally color up here as well,... And as mentioned, some plants under LED seem to need inordinate amounts of Ca,... time to up your feeds some, and stay on the Ca-Mg,.. what water source are you using? Any chemistry info on that- pH, ppm's/EC,... and always, the actual in-pot pH is most relevant of all,... do yourself a big favor, get an Accurate 8 soil pH probe for in-pot direct testing, forget about the run-off method, it's lousy,...

How would you suggest start of P deficiency be treated? What should be used; what regimen? For example, I have available the Adv. Nutr. P-containing products: Bud Ignitor ((0-1-2); Big Bud (0-1-3); Hammerhead (2-4-10); and OverDrive (1-5-4). And, isn't the pH down usually just phosphoric acid?

Thanks for the quick detailed replys I had a feeling I was under feeding her unfortunately I don't have any thing to take ppm/Ec readings just a cheap pH pen

I check the pH of the water twice before I feed the plant using a pen and some drops I got with my pH up/down

Water goes in at 6.5 and the run off is the same I know its not the best way to grow but I am a hobby grower and I am just learning so any advice is welcome and recommended buys

I give her a light watering of cal+mag last night 3 litres with 7ml cal mag I only give her 250ml out of the 3 litre container

I have just made her some bloom feed
2ml big bloom
2ml tiger bloom
1ml big bud

She has just had a 500ml feed if all goes well with no sign of burns I will up the nutes by a ml each feeding

Big Bud until last 2-3 weeks before harvest. Then switch to Overdrive.

Yes, this is how these additives are normally used.

But what if one sees start of or low-level P deficiency during the main Big Bud period of bloom? Further boost the level of Big Bud, or also add some Overdrive for its higher P content/ratio?

You can certainly add Overdrive now, especially to give a bigger P bump. I would maybe run OD and BB together both at 1/2 strength. Have you been running the BB at 2 ml/L or what concentration?

BII-- a blend of the various products can be made, to try and elevate the P number, while not overdoing the K or N,... I HATE AN nutes, however well they usually work, for this reason,.. a dozen+ bottles, all manner of NPK#'s, overly divided products make this a PITA to deal with! Plus, you have to be careful not the short on micronutes, which will not be in most of the non-primary nute's,...also, low pH starts P lockout first,... Overdrive, BI, BE are fine for blending,... lots of K in HH, so watch that,... yes pH down is usually phosp. acid,.. but why would one need that using AN's so-called self buffering nutes? Which, BTW, work only in solution, not once in the pot-- too many other pH influencing factors in there!

:toke: Sgt'-- that mix looks fine, you can add more Big Bloom in fact, this is not a real fertilizer, look at the NPK#'s-- all in the decimal range! Treat it like a nice supplement, but as a primary feed, it's far too weak to rely on,... I have no idea why the idiots at FF named it so, it's a total misnomer-
