Tips of leaves brown yellowing from outside in, flowering northern lights auto from nirvana. Growing in soil using led 220w nutes none but was using bug bud and sns 604b mix. Wondering if I should get sledge hammer, also do LEDs cause cal/mag?? Any help appreciated..

Pictures would help alot. I think of tip burn as nute burn how much big bud are you adding? How old are your plants? Young autos are finicky and I have some where you appear to get burn from just plain soil and then just keep growing fine. Some people do experience Cal/Mag deficiency with LEDs so it can help to supplement with molasses or a cal/mg solution, if that turns out to be the issue.

exile19- Yes, pics please, for starters! This type symptom could be several things; we need to see the leaves and whole plant too, for a good diagnosis... *** No on the Sledgehammer, this is for stripping the soil of bound-up nute's, used for finishing or emergency soil flushing due to pH issues or nute toxicity; if this is just a simple nute' deficiency, that last this you want to do is purge the soil,...

IMG_1157.jpg IMG_1158.jpg okthe amount of big bud im giving it is about a table spoon per gallon with an additional tablespoon of sns 604b the plant is about 3 months old almost time to chop like 2-3 weeks

Toward the end of a plants flower cycle it begins absorbing the nutrients out of the fan leafs and they die off. Once that starts happening to the bud/sugar leaf it's time to chop. It might be what's going on here. How's the rest of the plant look?

I bought some grandmas unsulphured molasses gonna try on my next watering heard alot of positive things. Most the leaves are looking like that but heres some pics.IMG_1165.jpg IMG_1164.jpg

Are those black specs on the leaves dirt or bugs or something?

Don't know that's why I'm asking thought someone could enlighten me, if they are bugs I used to leave them outside during the day.

Pull off all those crispy leaves. They are no longer helping the plant and only blocking light. Maybe see if you can check out the dots close up with a magnafyer and see if they are bugs. They look a lot like the aphids I got this summer. If it just seems to be some dot on the leaf then I don't know what that is mold maybe. At 3 months old you are most likely not that far from harvest.
