Hello friends and farmers, my Samquanch OG started the full flower mode in the last week and has a starting deficiency now :cuss:

This is my first COB grow with 24/0 and 227W from 6 COBs.
I am using the full Biotabs lineup along with some Bat guano pre mixed in the soil.
She had a PK-tea 2 days ago and a Sprouted Seed Tea with Alfaalfa yesterday.
Problems started to appear 2-3 days ago.

I have Epsom Salts and liquid CaO but i dont know what i need to use

the new growth looks very "weak", the petioles are weak and i have interveinal yellowing from the newer growth  Older leafs start to show some light brown spots.

I hope my pics can help to say if this is Mg or Ca deficiency because i dont want to make the problems worse :smoking:

Does this help?

From the images, I'd say mag deficiency, but the spots are throwing me off. But don't take that to the bank because I'm a newb.

Thank you bro :d5: i also found this chart and the chart from Jorge Cervantes with some whole plant illustrations but i am a total chicken when it comes to my plants :crying:

I dont want to make thinks worse and for my eyes it could be both:shrug: I know the yellowing leads me to the Mg side but the heavily weak stems/petioles stil let me think it could be Ca too.

Do the biotabs have micro nutes?I'm not familiar with Bio Tabs but you should be using cal/mag at every feeding to prevent defichencies and cal/mag also helps plants uptake nutrients so it is very important.

Thank you for your help bro ! I have grown a few plants with Biotabs and without any deficiencies successfully so i think they carry Calcium and Magnesium in a proper dosis. I think the new COB light leads to a heavier Cal and Mag uptake so i will try to mix some Organic sourced Calcium and Magnesium to the next cycle of my soil. I will add Cal and/or Mag to my next feedings but i still need to know what she needs more with those deficiencies :smoking: Like if i add more Cal now and she has a Mag deficiency i will make things even worse

COBS are very strong so be carefull not to have them to close so you don't get light bleaching on upper leaves.

Could be one of the problems too. I run them at 1050mA so 37.8W each COB and they are 60cm / 24 inch from the canopy. I will hangthe light to 27,5 inch / 70cm and see if this make a difference :headbang:

Thank yout a lot man ! :d5:

:smoking: Nammy hinted at it already-- micronutes! I'd say this is some early Zn defc. starting,... not uncommon, and sometimes the Tabs don't have, or release enough to keep up,... maybe they lost chelation too, making them less available... Zn is immobile, as are most of the micro's, meaning the plant can't translocate them from established tissues to where it's needed,... So, you need a dedicated supplement, like Earth Juice Microblast,... foliar is fastest, and soil treatment to go with it,.. you'll need a wetting agent for proper foliar, or a mild soap like castille,... this will make it coat and stick better, and not just bead up,.. spray tops and bottoms of leaves... more s.a. covered = more absorbed! OR, if you want the kick-ass solution, get Optic Foliars Transport to use with the EJM, skip the wetting agent,...

Wow, thank you very much ! :toke: I dont have supplements as i thought Biotabs fullrange would be good to go for autos  I live in middle-europe and i dont have access to Earth Juice Microblast and most things that are used in the grows from ppl here :face: I think i need to go to my local store and try to get a good product for micros and a good wetting agent:thanks:

I will topdress her with a bit of Silicium Flash and a few sprinkles from a Tab and add my compost tea so the microbes starts to eat it as fast as possible.

For the last few days i foliar fed with epsom salt at 2tsp/gal and added a tsp to the water but i dont see a difference except that they dont show heavier deficiences. I am not sure if i should up the dose as i think the SO4²- ions and Mg²+ ions are not optimal for my microbe life. :smoking:

Few leafs lookin droppy but she has enough and not too much water
